I'm not really sure about the app at this point. I just know that my chat with NIEL was great. He had so much patience with me because this is definitely not my forte and he stayed with me through it all. We'll see how the app works for my needs, I just know it was a pleasant experience, figuring out how to install the app. I'll live with it for a while and see what I can learn as I go along.
