Support sehr gut, konnten mir in allen Fragen helfen. Support antwortet in der Sprache, in der man die Frage stellt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten des Programms/der App sind noch verbesserungswürdig. Aber alles im Allen funktioniert es gut. Allerdings ist das Handling der App ohne den Support nicht selbsterklärend. Aber wie gesagt: der Support macht seine Sache gut und antwortet sehr schnell. Der Dialog ist respektvoll und sehr nett.

Tried a few top rated Affiliate Marketing apps, I would said this is one of the easiet and among the most affordable. Only draw back for us is, lack of PayNow options for Asia market.

We've decided to use BixGrow for our referral program after trying 4 different apps, and this one seemed to include everything we wanted. Our store has 2 languages and crucially that was supported by the app. Plus, the widgets and referral page are minimalistic and reduce friction with the user, which was another important aspect. We had a couple of requests we needed on our store and support was really responsive and helped us deal with them. Overall, a very good app.

We've decided to use this app for our referral program. It's main purpose are affiliate programs, but don't have one at the moment, and we stuck to referrals. So, if you need a referral program and are considering Bixgrow, just be aware that they let referrers(or advocates) use their own link to make a purchase, if they have never bought before. What does that mean? Let's say running a give 25%, get 25% referral. The friend gets 25% off on purchase, then the referrer gets 25% too. With the way Bixgrow is set up this means anyone can come to your store, type a new email to become a referrer and get a discount link. Then, at checkout, use the same email and get the discount. Basically, you can 'refer' yourself and get 25% for nothing. After talking to support they basically said this is just the way the system is set up, and why should it matter, since you've got a new customer. Even though that customer is YOU! From my understanding, referral programs are meant for friends and acquaintances. Not your own self, but others. Furthermore, there is no option of changing this default behavior, what options there are do not prevent it.. Also, most referral apps don't work this way(Rive, FriendBuy) or if they do, they give you an opt-out(YotPo). So, be aware of this before using the service. I spent 5 days just to add it to our store, only to find out at the end that this is going on. At this point, I'm looking for alternatives.

This is the 5th affiliate program that i've tried and the one that i'm sticking with, it has everything you need, easy to navigate, its really clearly organized and you can customized all the details for every client as well as payout in store credit! None of the other programs i've tried were very clear and easy to navigate! Bixgrow is really promising... and the price is so fair! & customer service to help me setup my custom domain link happened within a few hrs! amazing work! thank you Bixgrow and thanks to Pam in customer service!

It is a very wonderful and easy to use application You will need some time to deal with the great options for making programs for your marketers, customer service is very quick to respond and are great at dealing with the problem quickly and consciously, thank you really for this wonderful application, the design options are great for the interfaces required to enhance marketing and encourage entry to the program in the store.
