We are a startup company from China, and our target market is in the Middle East. Using this software has been incredibly helpful for our business. However, I noticed that Arabic is not currently available as a language option, and I hope this can be improved in future updates. Aside from that, everything else is very user-friendly, and we really enjoy using it.

I've been testing this and training it for about 24-hours and I have to say that I am blown away by how good this is. I've been looking for something like this for a while. The ability to train it using natural language (like you would train a human) is amazing.

This app seemed to be great at the beginning when i was setting up, but i dont receive any notifications when folks are on the site. The multilanguage ability also has glitches that dont allow me to properly transalte some english to french. Seemd promising at first though

It has been good previously, however after their recent Android app updates, it no longer sends notifications of new chats being opened by visitors . Because of this, a lot of chats go missing. Looks like we will have to switch to a new app that actually send notifications to mobile .
