The support at MS Barcode Labels has been phenomenal. They have always helped with any questions big or small and resolved any issues quickly. Ivy even created a custom template for us.

I would give them a 10 if I could ,Jay made a template on the spot for me to work with and when I went to print the barcodes they didn't line up , so I messaged back and I got Ivy who so was also very patient and after a couple test prints and re adjustments my labels print perfectly

Very bad customer support, unable to reach anybody, and they mention they will create a template for you based on your label, but they never respond.
