When they discovered the issue it was a simple error I had made, but they were so gracious about it. The support at MS Barcode Labels has been phenomenal. They have always helped with any questions big or small and resolved any issues quickly. Ivy even created a custom template for us.

I would give them a 10 if I could ,Jay made a template on the spot for me to work with and when I went to print the barcodes they didn't line up , so I messaged back and I got Ivy who so was also very patient and after a couple test prints and re adjustments my labels print perfectly

Very bad customer support, unable to reach anybody, and they mention they will create a template for you based on your label, but they never respond.
