I had a little issue when setting up but thanks to Haley for her quick assist now it's working as it was supposed to.

I downloaded the app to create a password for certain collections but I had some problems with customizing the lock screen because I did not have access to a few things. I wrote a message to the customer service and Haley granted me the access right away. Then I tried changing the css but it did not work out likeIi planned it to be. Haley was very helpful. Not only did she answer really fast, she was also able to solve my problem in a few seconds. She was really nice and polite.

Setting up the Sami B2B Lock app was very straightforward and user-friendly. The only challenge we’ve faced is that our store runs on the new Horizon theme, which it seems the app doesn’t fully support yet. That said, the customer service has been outstanding - Haley in particular has been amazing to work with. She consistently resolves our issues, follows up to ensure everything is running smoothly, and encourages us to reach out anytime.
