What really stands out, though, is the support team — they respond incredibly quickly and actually fix things. App is great. We have used for both product options and for ways to quickly inject messages into the templates. We can select which products we want the messages to appear on. Also, segmenting by customer profiles is really handy. The support team are extremely helpful (thanks Sam).
