We used Atelier to host early access to our BFCM sales for our VIP customers, and it worked flawlessly! Very easy to setup and customize to be on-brand. Loved the ability to have a separate shopping experience with different pricing up and running in parallel to our primary DTC .com channel. The Atelier team was also readily available to support product improvement requests before, during and after the sale. We will definitely be using Atelier going forward as a way to support different customer segments, b2b opportunities and events.

Very powerful tool I wish we found sooner. Products can be sold to a small group of customers without showing up in the online store which is great for VIP sales but should work for many other initiatives we have in mind—customer service was very quick to respond too. Highly recommend!!
