Great app. I just downloaded so don't have too much experience using it yet. But from what I see so far, the value is clear.

While there is a bit of a learning curve, with some patience it is a very thorough and helpful app. Their customer service is really great and willing to help and take feedback on how to improve their program. Very extensive reports - I look forward to learning all the features of this great app.

Very affordable and powerful way to track shopify inventory. Great to be able to customize reports, and get alerts for stock outs and over stocks. The team are very helpful too, Rio walked us through all the key points of the product which means we can get full value from it. Also really like that we can exclude skus (gift cards), and do some sales forecasting.

These guys are really helpful i have not seen other apps to support like this , they are always online to assist as well as steve made a video call to make me understand new features as well as resolve my problem. This app has lots of features you can do anything with your inventory plan , inventory revenue , future forecast sales , files are automatically generated with lots of useful stuff. Thanks steve once again for the guidance and helping.

Just had an introduction call with Assisty. Great explanation and really listens to the questions you have. When you put in the questions beforehand they really get back to those as well. 100% recommend.

Great app and great support. Steve from the team is very helpful, working directly on adjusting methodology of forecasting. You can't find that great service level at any company.

Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The app is very comprehensive so be prepared to spend some time tweaking it to your needs.

We haven't yet started using it on a day to day but I have been working very closely with their team on adjusting the platform to our needs. So far it has been great and they have found solutions to all our requirements. We're at the stage where it seems like we're ready to use it on a day to day basis and I'm very excited about it!

Steve was very helpful in our introductory-call. He explained the tools that I was interested in in detail. He went above and beyond by making a custom rule for my store which will help with creating purchase orders that are in a different currency than the store currency.
