You usually have doubts when something looks too good to be true. Appstle Bundles & Discounts seemed too good to be true (because it's FREE), but it did not disappoint. The app is easy to use, and we've had an increase in sales with the bundle program. The team is very responsive and competent in what they do!

The support team on Appstle is the absolute best we have ever encountered in the Shopify realm. They always present good working solutions within minutes. If there is a larger issue of somekind, their Development team is also there to assist. We could not ask for a better support! Love the Apps.

Great tool to allow our customers to build their own bundles. Simple set up and easy to embed. For any more complicated asks, their support is very responsive and provides quick fixes!

Terrible Technical Support for This App: Save Your Time and Sanity! Wow, where do I even begin? I was drawn to Appstle℠ Bundles & Discounts by its glowing promises of seamless installation and effortless discount bundling. What I got instead was a front-row seat to a never-ending waiting game to get service According to customer support, installation would only take "just 15 minutes!" Five days later, I’m still sitting here, watching paint dry, waiting for the software engineering to fix something. Every attempt to install it myself resulted in cryptic error messages. So, when reaching out to support, I got only a series of friendly-yet-useless responses ("everybody on vacation, sick, or on a holiday") This can be  summarized as: "We're on it!" (Spoiler Alert: They were not!) Meanwhile, the Appstle App still refuses to function, and my business remains discount-free. If you enjoy frustration, broken promises, and endless escuses from tech support, this is the app for you! Otherwise, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction—preferably towards an app that is actually quality and, you know.... works! 

Appstle offers a great selection of apps for managing subscriptions, bundles, discounts, and membership perks. I’ve used their membership and product restriction features, and the setup was smooth. The customer support team has been very responsive and helpful. They provided clear guidance when I needed assistance with VIP product restrictions and ensured everything was set up correctly. Overall, Appstle is a solid choice. It does what it promises, and the support team is there when needed.

The app is easy to use and while I would like more flexibility in bundle design it works just fine out of the box. The support team is superb and really helpful, I've had to reach out a few times and each time the issue was dealt with promptly and effectively. Definitely a good tool for sales.

This app is great. I've been using it on my site for the last few years and I've never really had any issues with it. In the rare occasion that I do encounter a problem the customer service team is TOP NOTCH. If you ever have a simple question or need help navigating the app their team is more helpful then you can imagine. Quick to respond and fixes any issues quickly that comes up from time to time. Highly recommended as it integrates well with Appstle Subscriptions - something I had had issues with trying to get volume discounts to work with subscription plugins.

Over the last few days I have been implementing a membership for my customer base which I hope to go live with soon. I plan to be offering a percentage off their order plus flash deals and wanting them to stack. From watching YouTube videos to reading help articles and utilising tech support I have nearly gotten these apps to the place where I need them to be. I am going deep on what's required and the technicians have continued to support me for many hours with their help. This is very appreciated. The only reason for not giving a full 5 star is because on some occasions I didn't receive a response within their 2 minutes claimed waiting time plus there's a few design flaws from their features which has meant I've needed to find workarounds. However at no upfront cost this has allowed me to get something going which I wasn't sure I could pull off. Their support has allowed me to persevere and I now know if there's any issues going forwards they are there to help me. Thanks!
