Customer service with Appstle has been amazing since day one. Uri is so fast to respond to me and is ALWAYS willing to help me with technical backend configurations that I myself don't know how to do. The team has been willing to write custom CSS for me and create custom backend rules for subscriptions, bundles, etc. I contemplated using a bigger app for my brand, but decided not to because other customer service was not responsive or willing to go above and beyond and help me with technical updates. I'm super impressed and grateful for all of the support I've received for months now.

The app is very powerful and flexible. Because of this power and flexibility in some cases it is not always easy to figure out the best way to make something work...but never fear, the tech staff is very helpful and can help.

We are just getting started with the Appstle℠ Bundles & Discounts app, and our experience has been fantastic so far! The app is very intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to set up and manage. We were able to build three membership tiers with different discounts and shipping options, and set thresholds that work perfectly for us. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. They were absolutely fantastic—this is the best support I’ve ever received on any app! Quick, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything works smoothly. They even provided clear setup videos with easy steps, which made getting started a breeze.

I just started using the appstle apps. So far 0 complaints. The customer service is top tier and they will respond 24/7. The interface is very beginner friendly. I needed an all in one bundle and subscription and appstle is the perfect solution.

I’ve been using this app across multiple stores for several months, and it’s done exactly what we needed. It’s also highly customisable.

There was a bit of confusion at the start with my issue. When I created the dynamic bundles it was automatically applying the discounts to the cart without the customer having to go to a specific bundle page. When I checked on it today that wasn't happening. Sah at Appstle said it had to be directed to a bundle page, which is odd because it was working without that last week. But Sah jumped back in to help and did some CSS on page for us. We have only just started using this app, will continue to monitor functionality.

They make it super easy and user friendly. Brooks was amazing helping me with my questions and proactively giving me advice.

We've been using the Membership app for almost two years. We started using Bundles & Discounts to add additional discount perks to our membership plans. The process has been great and support is also quick and helpful.

So very helpful! Helped me set up and get it all working they way it should! For being FREE, well worth it! Just be patient! They will point you in the right direction!
