its the third time their app stopped working and lost me thousands of dollars in revenue and ad spend (I noticed third time). once this wasnt clickable, it will appear one time out of 100 for customers,, the only good thing is customer support but what you will do with customer support when product is useless. Im using this for several months and it only got 32k impressions while im getting this amount of traffic every week. stay away

Pretty decent free app, but it lacks many features and customizations compared to other apps. If I want a darker-colored header, I cannot change the font color of the header without it also changing the font color of other things. Also, it would be beneficial to have Analytics. I need to know how many people added additional items because they were recommended in the cart, etc. The only metric they give you is "total impressions" which isn't really useful But it's a free app and it does its job. Also, customer support is AMAZING.

They are the best. I use three of AOV.ai apps at this point and all of them are amazing. Their customer service is also incredible and so helpful/responsive. Annie is my hero getting my cart drawer working to my liking! 10/10 would recommend!

been using this for about 2 weeks now and my conversion rate literally went up. the cart drawer is smooth, loads fast, and looks way more professional than what i had before customers love that they can add discount codes right in the cart and the progress bar for free shipping is genius - people are definitely adding more items to hit that threshold support team is incredible too. had jasmine help me customize some colors and she fixed everything in like 15 mins. can't beat that service honestly can't believe this is free. feels like i should be paying for this lol. if you need a cart drawer just get this one, trust me
