Jean Fritz Saint Paul was really helpful and kind. We had a interesting and succesful meeting and he guided me through the whole proccess of solving the issue. There's a ticket he wrote to Shopify regarding something that may be a bug (it somehow appears another app called just Ankorstore). It's really cool to have a REAL person-to-person meetings. I really appreciate the time he spent helping me out. Cheers guys

Il y a encore des soucis de synchronisation de stock et d'autre détails à revoir mais le support "SAV" est top.

Même si nous avons rencontré un problème lié à la nouvelle application entre Shopify et Ankorstore, nous avons finalement réussi à le résoudre avec succès. Nous espérons que l’expérience que nous avons partagée pourra être utile à d’autres commerçants qui rencontreraient le même type de souci de synchronisation à l’avenir. Bonjour. Cette nouvelle version est vraiment trop compliquée à utiliser. Il est impossible de lier plusieurs variantes de produits : dès qu’on essaie, cela crée des doublons de photos et de variantes SKU , ce qui rend la gestion extrêmement complexe. Des centaines de variantes doivent être mises à jour manuellement, c’est vraiment pénible. De plus, la plupart des anciens produits affichent désormais un stock à zéro et il est impossible de les synchroniser avec les stocks réels de notre boutique en ligne. L’ancienne version était bien plus logique et pratique. J’ai déjà signalé le problème plusieurs fois au service client, mais rien n’a été résolu. Je pense que je ne suis pas la seule à rencontrer ces difficultés. J’espère que d’autres utilisateurs concernés feront aussi remonter ces problèmes, afin que l’équipe de la plateforme prenne cela au sérieux et améliore le système de synchronisation. Franchement, après tant d’années de collaboration, cette fois-ci je suis vraiment déçu.
