The tracking improved significant with this app, especially for GA4 and Google Adwords this is crucial to have accurate data. The support is amazing and helps fast to solve issues.

I only have good things to say about this app. The team is excellent and they are extremely helpful. When we had some issues with an update that was needed, they fully stepped in to assist us. They provided updates and when I needed to be the one to adjust something; they sent me easy to follow directions. They are definitely worth the cost. 100%

Opaque Implementation and Updates: Despite their promises of "seamless integrations," Analyzify provided minimal information about their actual implementation process. Updates were scarce and lacked detail, leaving me feeling uninformed and unsure about what was happening with my data. This lack of transparency is especially concerning when dealing with sensitive customer information. Unverified Tracking and Data Discrepancies: It appears Analyzify failed to thoroughly verify the functionality of their tracking tags. I observed significant data discrepancies between my Shopify dashboard and Google Analytics, indicating potential errors in their setup. This undermines the entire purpose of using a tracking service, as unreliable data leads to flawed marketing decisions. Lackluster Support: When I attempted to contact Analyzify about these issues, their response was slow and unhelpful. My concerns about the data discrepancies were not adequately addressed, leaving me frustrated and without a solution. Overall: Analyzify fell far short of my expectations. It is quite an expensive app and in advance you have the feeling that this will be a ready-made plug and play installation. In the end we are dozens of emails further for our 2 shops, quite a lot of integration work has been done and adjustments also have to be made in the theme files (in javascript and liquid, error-prone for the future). In addition, there is also no standard setting for server side tracking of the gtm container and this also had to be done manually. In the meantime, a lot more is being tracked, but only half of the orders seem to be visible in analytics. Overall I am not very satisfied considering the amount we pay for it and I consider looking for alternatives

Very comprehensive "white glove" service - we were already a paying customer and after a year of changes to our store, had some GA4 issues pop up. Analyzify team got us back up and running in GA quickly and effectively - including integration in our custom Vue application. Great job - would definitely consider this for all of our upcoming projects.

Incredibly fast and precise tracking! We've had couple of issues regarding tracking on a multilingual store: no ad conversions on some languages and double on others, missing data on GA4... So we've decided to move forward with Analyzify on February 2024. Everything went right since then, all our issues were fixed and we can now rely on our tracking again.
