This is a great product with great support! This was exactly what we were looking for - simple settings that just get the job done!

Doesn't work out of the box. These people don't even know what they are doing. Support is slow. They have already started charging me without any proper trial. None of the templates have triggered till date. They don't even know that DLT has 30 character restriction. They don't even have ready made templates to start out of the box and will keep emailing bits and pieces of information as a trial and error to see what works. You have to guess the format and get it approved in DLT, then your operator and then their platform only to realize you were fooled into it and start all over again because they realized that the template has to be redone. Stay away from this headache app
