AliDrop has really made dropshipping easier for me. Adding products takes just one click, and orders are processed automatically. It’s saved me a lot of time, and the large product selection means I can try selling different items without too much risk.

Alidrop has honestly helped me source the best winning dropshipping products from AliExpress, ebay, and Temu. I used its automation to manage my inventory levels. Whole process of setup and deployment was smooth for my business. Was able to import products with 1-click. Best part is their 7-day free trial. Was amazed to see what I could do with it. Its insights and analytics are its highlights. Made sure to outperform my competitors and got decent sales. Do I recommend it for everyone? Yes! Especially for selling clothing and accessories. DM their customer support, they're super supportive and responsive. You won't regret it.

I was looking for apps with POD and also Dropshipping. Since the beginning of August, I wrote several emails asking whether they offered musical products and which ones had warehouses in Europe or faster delivery mechanisms. However, the only reply I received was that I should install the app myself, search for the products, and check them one by one. So, I installed the app on August 14th. On that very same day, I verified that the product prices were the same—or even higher—than the prices these same merchants were selling directly to end customers in Europe. In other words, a producer was directly competing with the retailer. This is called unfair competition and should not be allowed on Shopify. I come from a family of entrepreneurs, going back to my great-grandfather. People who traded internationally. My father planned and built one of the country’s largest chemical industries, and he always had different prices for end consumers and retailers—sometimes as low as 1% of the retail price. Everyone benefited. He sold to retailers almost at cost price. For example, he could sell a product at €0.01/liter, and then retailers (all of them) would sell to end consumers at €5/liter. Everyone had their role. Each person did what they knew best. When someone wants to capture everything for themselves, besides being legally considered “unfair competition,” it is simply unethical. In my opinion, such an app should not be on a platform alongside other sellers. Shopify should evaluate what is best for the sellers, always aiming at the greater good, for society, for healthy balance. I also learned this from my mother. Once, I asked her why she never shopped at the same place (supermarket or elsewhere), and she answered: “To distribute the money among everyone.” That is the role, above all, of people who are truly rich—in spirit. Although I immediately uninstalled the app, I later saw in my bank statement that they still charged me. I also received an email with a “shady business offer,” giving me two options where they would not refund my money, but instead tried to push me into continuing business with them. I am not interested—neither now nor ever. People without honor do not deserve trust. I only lose €100 once. Perhaps this is the very reason why TEMU cannot establish itself in the market: lack of trust. My mistake was installing an app that claimed to represent the strongest Chinese companies. I believe they are as much retailers as I am on Shopify. Therefore, I also believe that their only goal is to profit from the app fees, not to actually do business. Interestingly, I have just read that the app was developed in Dubai. That would explain a lot…

I've been using AliDrop for a week now, it seems some products are fairly priced but there's also a lot of overpriced items. It's expected to spend some time browsing before pushing items to your store, which is normal anyway. Your subscription starts with a 7 day free trial, for some reason I read 30 days and forgot my payment was due, if the payment isn't collected at the first attempt they cancel your subscription and your orders won't fulfil. There should really be an option to retry the payment once or twice before they cancel the subscription, just like Netflix or or other subscription based services. subscription payment system is quite glitchy, when I tried to make the payment and resume my subscription there was an error in the details so the system blocks you from retrying a payment for about 24h. This a very frustrating feature, having your whole store on hold for 24h is a major issue. Their support team was quite useless about this too. All in all, I no longer feel confident in AliDrop and might have to search for a different provider, which is disappointing after spending so many days editing every listing.

Comes with a lot of errors with limited functionality and is more expensive than other Shopify dropshipping tools like Dsers, which are the most popular than AliDrop.

I never thought of doing this as should have sooner but now it's time to enjoy best way to get rewards

I initially signed up for Alidrop to test the service, thinking the trial period was 14 days like many other platforms. However, it turned out to be only 7 days, and I didn't receive any reminder email before the subscription auto-renewed. I had already decided not to proceed with creating a dropshipping store, so I requested a refund after being charged, but it was initially declined due to their policy. However, the issue was eventually resolved. I recommend keeping a close eye on the trial period and cancellation terms if you're trying the service.

Actually I just deleted this app after realizing I had no products and am being charged, the customer service was of no help asked for screenshots but still never offered a solution so we could do business I would like a refund because I got nothing. Nada. Zelch

The app is not easy to set up if your account is connected to multiple stores, although it does allow product import (with several limitations). I also had issues with the subscription. Personally, I do not recommend it.

The worst experience in life. I have already off load the app in the free trail and but still take money from my acount. I am not able to do anything because the are not able to find my account only force you put the payment detail again them can continue.

Stealers! I was using the free version, and after that I start to use the Basic payed one. After 2 days I cancel it and somehow they continued to take money from my bank account. I emailed them to tell that I am not using them anymore and I try again to cancel them. They don't want to give me 2 free months now, they are not responding back to the email. There is more to say about this stealer company, but I will stop here. DO NOT USE IT !!

⚠️ Warning: Non-existent customer service and unauthorized charges after trial period cancellation! I installed this app for the free trial period and uninstalled it before the paid subscription was supposed to start. However, I recently noticed that they still charged me. I tried to contact customer support multiple times via email, but I never received a response. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Be very careful before signing up for this app, and make sure to monitor your bank statements closely.
