I installed this app and had a few questions about usage. Hritik and customer service team were very helpful and scheduled a call incredibly quickly, solved my queries and were incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend customer service. The app itself is highly intuitive with each individual app working together. For us this eliminated the need for workarounds and other workflow patch ups compared to other individual apps. 10/10

We love that so many assets are located in one place and make it easy for us to accomplish multiple business goals under one platform such as E-mail & SMS marketing and promotional web design tools. We originally installed AiT for the expansive Loyalty Program which has been a great tool to us, but there are many other features within this App that will benefit your business. Plus, the customer support is very responsive and will lead you through any questions or set-up guides you need. 100% recommend to other Shopify users!

The best customer relation I ever seen. It is above all expectations. Their team is helping me to set up everything while we are under a lot of workload and it is a top-end support they are offering. The features feels unlimited and very well done. This app may be the number one on Shopify in a few years because of their ability to make such a great product, but more over with a perfect set up team wich is the key for ecommerce actors. Bravo !

Ai trillion was great till they changed their pricing. I’ve literally built a whole store around loyalty pricing and now im forced to pay $75 extra a month for the same features. Tired of the bait and switch with this company. Originally the price was $25/Month with unlimited modules and they changed that down to 3. Now after another pricing change the app is unusable without paying extra to access my account and loyalty information….

We just finished installing AiTrillion on our Shopify store. The loyalty program was very easy to set up -- the interface is intuitive and the support team was incredibly helpful when I hit a few stumbling blocks. AiTrillion helped me build a great landing page too! We have used another email marketing service for years and were nervous to switch everything to AiTrillion, but we decided to give it a shot. It was easy to export our contacts, and the email builder was intuitive and would be familiar to anyone who has used an email marketing builder before. Our first campaign went off without a hitch, and we are thrilled to have everything in one place. We are looking forward to using AiTrillion's analytics as we go forward, and we are really excited to start building our workflows to engage our loyalty customers.
