We were looking for form builder that was easy and quick to set up, had conditional logic, notifications, and form layouts that would fit with the aesthetics of our site. We are very pleased with how FormCRM checks all boxes. The built-in AI creates accurate forms that need very little adjustments, if any. The form status feature (new inquiry, in progress, reviewed, etc.) is a valuable plus as it allow us to quickly follow up on each submission within the app, without having to manually export and consolidate data elsewhere. We had a few questions during the implementation, and the support we received from the customer service team (thank you Adnan!) was excellent. We absolutely recommend this app!

As someone without any prior experience in form creation, this AI Form builder is incredibly easy to use and create custom forms. I have created surveys, product return form, and appointment booking form in no time. The only thing I am missing is - there is no option to export the form-filling data. In order to be able to export the data in Excel, I hope they will create an export to Excel option. Overall, this app has significantly enhanced my store's functionality and customer engagement capabilities. It's an excellent tool for anyone looking to create forms and manage customer data effectively, regardless of their technical expertise.
