Horrible Customer Service, No Response! Absolutely terrible experience with Afterpay. I’ve been trying to contact them for hours with no response whatsoever. I sent an email over many hours ago, and still nothing—no reply, no support, nothing. Their customer service is nonexistent. A company this big should have basic communication, but this is a complete failure. If you ever need help, good luck getting a response! Utter disappointment.

Do Not Use this!! The afterpay team offers zero support to this app, very disappointed. I switched to other app.

we have not got paid for almost two months now

Not easy to install and no assistance. Nothing works!!!

Not happy, I can't install the afterpay messaging to my store. The codes they aren't there to replace them with. I have emailed them multiple times without a reply.

Wont connect, keeps looping me into the login and then won't connect my account. Very annoying!

The first step is to connect my account. When I access the link though, it takes me to a page where you apply for an Afterpay merchant account despite logging in with an email that is linked to an already-existing Afterpay merchant account.

What is wrong with this app? I can't do s***. The developer need to update the app. It's a simple fix. Don't be a developer if you're not gonna keep the app updated. I am still stuck at "add Afterpay to your store"

It does not work! Still stuck at "Connect Afterpay account" "Processing" for 3 days.

It's a waste of time, the app doesn't work. Technology is so advanced that even new apps are working flawlessly on Shopify themes but a company of such a big stature couldn't afford to fix their app.

A member of our Compliance Team will be in contact shortly with the next steps via a separate email thread. This case will be closed as you have reached out to the post-integration technical support." "We've closed this support request. Your request was not able to be resolved today."

App was working fine before now it has completely stopped. Shopify is warning companies to remove it. Im going to wait for an email response afterpay or a phone call before giving up about what I should do.
