UpPromote is hands down one of the most flexible and well-thought-out affiliate systems on Shopify. The depth of control around links, lifetime commissions, tiered programs, creator tracking, and storefront messaging is exactly what serious brands need. What really stands out is the support. Mina was exceptional and helped me quickly resolve a custom subdomain setup that could have been a headache. Clear, fast, and actually understood what I was trying to build. If you’re running a creator-led or affiliate-driven brand and want something scalable without duct-taping multiple apps together, this is the one. Highly recommended.

We have been using UpPromote for several months and it has been slowly taking off. It was pretty simple and easy to set up and the customer service has been really helpful and responsive. I have been using UpPromote for over a year now. I've impressed with the customer service time and time again. My website set up is a bit wonky as I use a third party website and use the Shopify lite for my cart system. Whenever I have run into a problem, Evans has gone out of the way to help and has always been patient with me.
