So far, my experience with the app has been fantastic! The technical support team is incredibly quick and helpful. I had a small issue setting something up, and within minutes, I had clear and friendly guidance that made everything so much easier. They even went above and beyond by giving me extra tips to optimize my setup even further. Honestly, one of the best support experiences I've ever had — highly recommend!

This has been such a frustrating experience of not being able to get someone to walk me through the various options and set it up. I've been working with marketing for many weeks now with no success and lots of frustration. But tonight, I got CLARA and we were probably on CHAT for almost 3 hours. She was wonderful, patient, and answered all my questions and got me set up finally to be able to have my 20 affiliates finally be able to work with this system. We recently added the app to our store to start a Brand Ambassador program, and I had quite a few detailed questions about how to set everything up — from commission tiers to custom rewards and discount codes. Barney was incredibly responsive and clear, answering each point quickly and making sure I understood how everything could work.
