This has been such a frustrating experience of not being able to get someone to walk me through the various options and set it up. I've been working with marketing for many weeks now with no success and lots of frustration. But tonight, I got CLARA and we were probably on CHAT for almost 3 hours. She was wonderful, patient, and answered all my questions and got me set up finally to be able to have my 20 affiliates finally be able to work with this system.
