The app charged me for a plan instead of the free-trial offer listed below. I sent info to the company, and I am getting no response. I would like a complete refund as I do not wish to use this app in the future.

The app caused frequent 500 errors, disrupting sales, and support was frustrating. Recently, they fixed the issue, and the app's performance has improved. Hoping for continued improvement in preventing errors.

The worst wholesale app!! we've been using the app for 2 years and after alot of paid custom work done the app literally stops once a week causing us huge loss in sales and every thing has to go through the support to work after waiting for long hours. The worst experience with any app ever on shopify good luck installing this on your store.

The user effects are okay, but not fully satisfy my need at present. But the service team is good. They can solve my problem in time.

There were a few glitches and perhaps the integration with Shopify is not as elegant as it could be but it does the job and the team have been very helpful in getting the app set up.

We use this app to lock our entire website so our wholesale prices are only visible to customers that have business accounts with us. The app works as it meant to. The support is great. They always respond to all my queries and questions in very timely manner and are very helpful. Definitely recommend the app.
