Such a great time-saver for our Customer Experience team. Let's us complete frequent tasks with the click of a button from within Shopify Admin. We have a button set up to create a draft order from an abandoned checkout, to quickly complete orders when customer call with credit card issues. And we can create a redelivery in a couple of clicks from an existing order page. The provided Flow templates make these automations really easy to set up. Highly recommended!
