We love it, we've been using it ever since and the Support from the whole team - especially Leo - is super good. If help is needed the whole team starts moving and presents a solution within a few days. On point tracking, on point tests - 10/10

This waas really difficutl, first off, their installation process is a complete mess. Unlike every other Shopify app I've used, you can't just install and start using it. I was stuck at a "THEME IN REVIEW" screen forever with ZERO support. They claim it takes 30 minutes BUT YOU'RE STUCK THERE, and.that's clearly a lie. Their customer support is saldy no no good. I reached out for help and got LEO who kept messaging me over and over again bout "business hours" while my store was locked - as if e-comstops on weekends! When I finally did get a human response, it was useless no help, no access access my store without me explaining how to use a basic store. The communication was painfully slow and my qestion were simple like how to enable and use the app but onlly got confusing answers in return. At one point, I even had to ask if this was a real app or some kind of scam because of all the block and no way forward. Save yourself the headache and avoid ABConvert; their app is broken upon install and the support is on purpose making you stand still it feels like.

We have some misunderstanding before, but Jeffery is trying really hard to resolve the problem, and he shows how kind and patient he is. Keep up the good work, I would love to see his business grow

Jeffrey just went above and beyond to help fix our store when it wasn't even this app that was causing the issue. He spent hours going through each line of code even after he was supposed to leave for the day, not stopping until he found the issue.
