Amazing, responsive customer service and a great app to run! In the midst of the Black Friday sale, we gave this app a try for the first time. As I was learning this app, I had some questions and they replied quickly. When some products didn't get changed (my fault), they quickly responded and offered to do it from their end. Another amazing thing is, I do feel like they work 24/7. I email them in random times (day and night), and they still reply promptly. This app is definitely a keeper.

Terrible Company they said you get a free trial we started off on the lowest plan then upgraded they charged us for both plans before the free trial ended. We have tried to contact them but have been blanked Stay well away

Pricing Automation works as a charm, it is an easy app to use very handy, I use it everyday to not only set pricing on the items on my store but also to set new offers and I have got amazing results. It is a very intuitive tool to use, the unique feature I have found on this app amount all is its ability to increase and lowing pricing with no problems. I have also needed some support at the beginning when learning to use the app and its support is amazing. Thank you for all you do.

Probably one of the most amazing Apps I've used and integrated onto my Shopify platform...very powerful and it literally gave me the edge over some of our competitors.

Seems like it isn't compatible with my store because while I could create rules and apply them to my products and undo (revert) the price changes, I could not edit an existing rule or delete the rules I already created. So all of the rules became greyed out and stuck. The delete button shown in the demo images never appeared in the app for me.
