No recomiendo ni la App, ni la empresa, no se cual es peor. La app es pesima, no tiene ni para cotizar, es de lo más basico y pobre que he visto en Shopify, y la empresa ufff! te retienen un paquete y despues de esperar 1 hora al menos al telefono y si tienes suerte te contesten, solo diran que envies un mail y no pasara nada. Llevo 22 días con 3 paquetes, y no responden, ya ni siquiera son economicos. No los recomiendo ni comprando sus guías por otros intermediarios, es mucho mejor fedex y estafeta

Pésima plataforma, nada recomendable, 99 minutos me robo un paquete de $2,000 pesos mexicanos y nadie se hizo responsable, jamas salio a ruta de reparto y ya no se movio el status y hable con todo mundo ahi y todos se aventaron la pelotita pero nadie me resolvio, ya tengo 1 mes y ya les envio correos, etc. y no me contestan :/

Antes funcionaba, la actualizaron y ahora no sirve. Por favor expliquen en un manual si me equivoco por el mal uso , o hagan que funcine de nuevo por favor .

hola ojalá pudieran hacer algo" siempre trato de bajar mis facturas en su plataforma directamente y se borro todo el mes de mayo envié mas de 99 envíos y uds se lavaron las manos y no me ayudaron y estas es la segunda vez que se esta trabando la app ojalá me pudieran ayudar ya que si me sirve mucho hacer mis envíos por aqui! pero lamentablemente no me gusta que parezca que no quieren darme mis facturas ya que es evadir impuestos....
