I ended up wasting over $200 in addition to 99 $ for a subscription due to their mismanagement and lack of timely responses. Their support team seemed more interested in scheduling meetings than actually fixing my problems, and the communication was extremely poor, with long gaps and vague updates. Overall, I cannot recommend Zocket. Their service is unreliable, their support is inefficient, and I felt like my concerns were never taken seriously. Save your time and money—avoid this service!
