What surprises most is that the bot doesn't sound like a bot and customers think they talk with real person which makes the experience more genuine. The bot can be easily educated on how to answer on more specific inquiries. Overall it can help you gain more trust in your customers and of course increase the sales.

We use Zipchat on many stores. Great product, easy UX and super fast to use. Every new store we launch we add Zipchat, takes like 10-15 minutes to set it up and works wonders. Great to convert users on the fence and automate support.

Zipchat turned out to be great for us. Of the different AI chatbots I have tested, this one seems to most often provide the most appropriate responses I want without the need for input. It really helped us reduce the amount of customer emails we were receiving and provide relevant information to increase the conversion rate.
