I strongly advise against using Zinrelo. After using the app for over four years, I can confidently say that almost any other loyalty program on Shopify offers better functionality, more modern features, and more transparent pricing. Zinrelo feels extremely outdated, and the platform lacks many tools that are standard with more affordable competitors. One of the most frustrating experiences I had was when I hit the maximum member count allowed in my plan. Instead of reaching out or helping me manage the situation, Zinrelo simply began charging me steep overage fees—an additional $50 to $70 per month on top of our $1,500 annual contract. There was no warning, no support, just extra charges. To make matters worse, despite reaching out to cancel on the exact day the new contract began, they still auto-renewed the agreement without my consent or signature, and have flat-out refused to issue a refund. I am currently in the middle of a chargeback dispute with my credit card company to recover the money. Customer support has also been a constant pain point. It's nearly impossible to get timely assistance since their team is entirely overseas, and we’ve had to wait over a week for responses on urgent issues more than once. That level of service is unacceptable, especially for what they charge. Zinrelo has shown no willingness to work with us, even after years as a loyal customer. Their strict policies and lack of communication have been deeply disappointing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away unless you enjoy overpaying for a clunky, outdated app with poor support and shady business practices.

Gives 10 points for every dollar so using their settings you are giving away $5 for every $20 spent and you can’t change it on the free plan. What you can do is change the amount you give for rewards but you can’t change the other settings so you could change so $5 for every $100 spent but then a review would only give them $0.50 for example so it just doesn’t make sense and their customer service are terrible. Literally just say not possible on a free plan to everything and take forever to reply.
