Something went wrong with my integration and have been trying to get it fixed for 6 weeks, have been totally ghosted for the last 5 weeks, no replies to 4 follow up emails, makes me question if I want to use a service provider with service like this anyway, shame because its a great idea and could work well for my niche and many other clients I work with

Lots of new payment methods are out there. I am only using major ones but YouPay idea is new and different, actually, it is a brilliant idea, love it. Also, YouPay team helped us with setting up and the app works perfectly.

The most fantastic support, Very easy to use and understand for customers! The button is also customizable which helps with various themes and matching other buttons on the site. Highly reccomended

Iv found it all quite easy and am extremely satisfied with the merchant support. Always fast and effective responses when I have ever needed help. Super easy integration with fast assistance when requested not that I really needed much. 5 star doesn't cut it, I'd say 10/10. From integration to the support, even the payments and the way the merchant can see the payer and the person they've paid for. I honestly feel that YouPay is one of the best options for merchants and customers alike. There's no BNPL traps to have to sign up to if people don't want to and it's allowing people to pay it forward with all the different social media groups that have been formed. Honestly, I would recommend YouPay to any business or customer.

Highly recommend YouPay for your business and even as a customer! The support you receive from the team at YouPay is exceptional. It's easy to use, easy to install and the fact they have experts to help integrate the app and it's features onto your website is fantastic! Takes the stress away if you're not too tech savvy.
