Our experience so far has frankly been terrible. Our migration process was a mess, our specialist was very confused, was unresponsive and made mistakes. We are constantly running into issues with the platform not working correctly or how we anticipated, which all seems to stem from our migration. We were told we would have functionality that we don't and many things were not set up correctly. It's very disappointing and is not only taking up a lot of our time to fix, we have also lost subscription customers. The chat support has been helpful to resolve these issues as they arise, but we should not be dealing with them at all.

I'd first like to mention I would give James 5 stars for his customer service. He has been excellent to work with. Super responsive, kind and helpful.
The app itself is missing features and capabilities that I would prefer.
1. You cannot install the subscription widget yourself, it's required that you have customer service do it for you. I prefer to install and customize widgets myself.
2. You cannot adjust the discounts for your product variants, you are only allowed to adjust the intervals.
In summary, I like the look and application of Yotpo, but I prefer the dynamics of Seal Subscriptions.

My Customer Service team and I are happy with the Yotpo Subscriptions app. Sheen helped us migrate from our previous subscription platform and was very easy to work with and highly knowlegeable. The switch was mostly done on his end and the tool allowed me and my Dev team to easily work on the front-end design side of things. Administering the program is easier on us and helping our customers is easier for my Customer Service team. Next, we'll be working on strategies for improving the program and expanding our reach with our Customer Success Manager. Overall, this has been a smooth and fruitful switch.

Yotpo Subscriptions has been a great experience. The support team is extremely helpful and always willing to assist us in aligning subscription prices with sitewide sales. Irvin, in particular, has been exceptionally supportive. I've rated it 4 stars because I believe they are still ironing out a few bugs. Despite my repeated requests, some subscribers are still being charged shipping fees, which happens daily. Resolving this issue would significantly enhance our subscribers' experience.

Customer service is amazing! I was personally helped by Thessanyl, so quick to respond and so easy to deal with. Takes all the stress out of any issue. I was previously with Bold who would take up to 3 weeks to fix issues, moving to Yotpo was the best decision I have made!
