Unreliable App – Support Is Nonexistent! We’ve had nothing but problems with this app recently. It’s been over a week, and the issue STILL isn’t fixed. We’ve reached out multiple times, but no response from the YMQ support team, not a single email, nothing! We’re using YMQ on several stores, and it’s broken across all of them. This is not a minor glitch, it’s directly impacting our ability to take orders properly. Customers are getting frustrated, and so are we. We’re losing sales, wasting time, and getting no help whatsoever. Support is supposed to be there when you need it. Sadly, YMQ seems to disappear the moment there’s a real problem. Totally unacceptable for a paid app. Shopify should take notice. Avoid this app if you care about reliability and service.
