Support is very helpful and fast communication. I had to change my billing subscription and Alex was able to help me. He assured my 1-2 business day refund for my current plan and then I’d be able to pick a new plan to rebill. This transaction took only 10 minutes to resolve. Thanks Alex for all your help!

Great solution when moving from QBPOS to shopify as there is not good solution out of the box. Anita really helped out with the design of each of our labels. Once you get the hang of it, it is fairly easy to use! Highly recommended.
