It could be a 4-star because the appearance customizations are limited so the pop-up and buttons don't look as nice as other apps, and their support is email-only with a 12-hour time difference from the US, but an app that works is better than one that doesn't when you have multiple other apps running to make our Shopify store work like a wholesale website.

I looked at a few different apps and decided to try this one since it’s cheaper than a lot of other similar apps. The basic setup was very straightforward and easy. When it came to more technical things like configuring our DNS records Liam was very responsive and helpful all the way. He also helped me a lot with importing products from another system. They also offer a free custom email design but unfortunately I wasn’t aware and spent some hours putting together a template I liked. They have a visual editor but you can also edit the code directly. I highly recommend this app! The support is great and they were happy to consider any suggestions I had for improving the app.

Had to uninstall. Had some issues which support took too long to resolve. I found the email template editor was not user friendly and hard to use. Needs a lot of work this app.

Great experience all round. Customer service is 100/10 Back In Stock app is still being built, but it is working really well at a base level. Really clean functions, easy to use and update and is 10 times better than other paid app. Don't walk, run to get this app, you'll love it! Sherry from Yanet team has been very helpful.

Works great, but there are some things that would make the app even better: 1) Setting an inline block for notifications for each product template takes time. Please consider adding a feature to add an inline block for all existing products at once. 2) It would be great to see a page in admin that shows the statistics of products that people are waiting for.
