I really like the features wowcart has. To be able to customize to my branding colors plus the additional CSS for further customization The support team is also great and have helped me out a ton on adding functions or fixing certain styling or bugs when it comes to interacting with other apps like i had a rewards loyalty app with a floating widget and they fixed the issue for me of having that widget overlap on the cart and many more scenarios like this: so customer service is 100% and it's a great great app and the fact it's free too.

I was trying to integrate Wowcart into our theme and was having trouble but Lishana, from the support team was greatly helpful and now the cart is a wonderful addition to our website. Especially on top of the fact that is a good app that is free.

This Cart Drawer App is simple and functional, and you can integrate it with the Upsell App UFE which is why we got it. There were some issues when we first integrated it in our theme but thanks to the really responsive support we fixed that soon! They also adapted the design as far as possible to our needs. Can recommend :)

This is a very good app for free, it's pretty impressive. As always Chaithra has been super helpful, she almost spent the whole morning helping me on the app... In my very opinion, the only downide are that customizations are pretty limited and you will have to go quickly into css, but thanks to the customer service, everything is doable. Thank you again !

Support is always quick to respond and helpful. The application is user-friendly, and the customer service team was incredibly helpful in resolving any issues I faced.

Unfortunately I have to give this app 1 star, and if I could I would give it 0 stars. But first of all I want to mention, that the support was pretty decent, they tried to help me, but it did not work. So the problem was that some customers could not reach the checkout via the Wowcart Drawer, because the app sent multiple errors or requests to shopify. After the error, the customer was marked with a cookie by shopify, so the customer could not checkout while this cookie was set. Shopify thought the customer was a bot, because the app sent too many requests. Only option was to delete all cookies and cookies. But how should a customer know this workaround? Only some of them reached out to me, and I could help them with the cookie/cache delete tip. So I have talked with shopify support, and it was a long run in error testing that lasted months. But finally we found the error, it was the wowcart slide drawer.. So I immediatly contacted the support, and they reached out very fast, I have to say. But they could not detect the error or fix it. And over the time I have lost thousands of revenue just because I installed the cart drawer, because it had a great synergy with the UFE Upsell App by the same company. If I could, I would have never installed both of the apps, and I can't recommend it either. I'm very lucky that some customers reached out to me and tell me of the error, because if not I would still lose money every f*cking day.. So do yourself a favor and never install this app!
