I used to trust Woohoo due to its popularity, but this time was a disaster. First, the spin-to-win logic is broken — I set the probability of “free” to 0%, yet a customer won it and even sent me the valid discount code. Impossible! Second, I configured a $20 off reward, but Woohoo gave out 20% off instead — a huge mistake that cost me real money. I contacted support multiple times, no reply, no resolution. This plugin is risky and unreliable. Avoid it unless you want to lose money.

Amazing results, we have been using the WooHoo Spin To Win pop-up at Sunchill for almost two years now and the sign-ups rate and the redemption rate of the reward have really helped us grow our email list and boost sales. It's a very effective to way to grab visitor emails while keeping the energy a bit playful and not intrusive. Many options to make your pop-up look and feel unique and lots of analytics within the app as well.

Customer service has not been active since 2023 it says in their chat and that is also my experience. The chat response is non existing.

There was a bug issue when I added the app to my store, which meant the app did not work. I raised the issue via chat and once the problem was identified it was dealt with within a few days, which I thought was pretty good. Thanks WooHoo. Very much appreciated. Once I use the app and see how it goes I'll be back to update.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The application is broken and buggy. There has been no response from live support or email for 1 week. And while researching, I saw that this is the most expensive application. I found much cheaper and better. I definitely do not recommend this application, which is broken and has poor customer service.

I have set up a wheel, but the wheel does not appear on the page. I contacted support 4 days ago, but still, no one has responded, even though the chat (which is not really a chat but a message sent via email) says that someone will get back within 24 hours. It's a pity; I wasted time adjusting the settings. I am deleting the app.
