WMS Connect has been a perfect choice for the communication between our warehouse management system and Shopify store. We use Peoplevox for our warehouse/bulk stock and Shopify for our web store, and it was always a hustle to get the communication/mapping right between these 2 platforms. WMS Connect was suggested to us as an alternative to Patchworks to link Shopify and Peoplevox. From the first call team at FuseFabric were very professional, they listened to our requirements and clearly understood the challenges of the migration and explained their experience. The testing protocols were very thorough and we had a number of calls before 'go live'. On the migration day, they set up a live video link and were available for support throughout the live environment checks and then continued on follow ups over the next few days. When one of our vendors changed a shipping setting, the FuseFabric support team were quick to react and get the settings updated within hours. I have already recommended this app to a lot of people and also have just started with their bundles app which is a useful add-on.
