Great App been using it for over a year now. Lets me run my wholesale business along side of my retail. Some of my customers use the online ordering system themselves and never have an issue. I have had a few questions and set up requests over the year and the support team has always been on call and ready to assist. I have and will continue to recommend this app to all who wish to offer wholesale prices on their store.

When creating new volume pricing it doesn't always work. Very frustrated when you are paying $29.99 a month for a service that doesn't work.

Super happy with this app and its functionality and when in need of support as we did recently they were on it and went above and beyond to assist with our issue in under 24 hours. After trialling this and another similar app for some time we opted for this one and have been so please we have upgraded for more functionailty and find it helps to keep things all under one app as opposed to several spereate ones.

The app does its job. It covers most aspects and requirements of a wholesale business. The UX and design leaves a bit to be desired, and that alone almost made me rate it only 4 stars. However, the responsiveness, helpfulness, and quick turnaround time from their support team has been really great and professional, and in the end tipped them over to a 5-star review.

This has been a great app for our wholesale needs. We were able to customize to fit our wholesale program. But the customer service of this app development team is what really stands out. They are AMAZING! Very quick to respond, able to help us with any questions and when the app wasn't fully working on our theme, they dove right in and get it up and running as expected in a very short time. This app is great! They are always adding more functionality to this. I've used this app on three websites, and this app always works great, plus their support is outstanding.

So far I don't love it. The customer support is difficult to communicate with because of the time difference. I've repeatedly mentioned an issue and they can't seem to get it fixed. I took the app from demo mode to live mode and its not visible for me to try using it on my own. Debating installing it. Currently do not recommend.

The app itself is working exactly as expected with several other features that can be added on that make it truly all-in-one. The other thing that set this app apart for us was their customer support; we needed some customization with our Shopify theme for our homepage and they replied promptly and went above and beyond our expectations.

Whenever I encountered an issue or had a question regarding the App, their customer support team was quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. We made the switch from another app that we were having multiple issues with and couldn't be happier! The app works seamlessly and has more flexible options on how to handle volume discounts. No issues and the customer support is very thurough and helped us improve a gfew things with other app integrations so highly recommend!

We've been very happy with the app, as well as the support. It's totally removed our need to input custom orders for commercial clients. For us, a few killer features: - live, commercial pricing on the site - customers become wholesale customers simply via Shopify customer tag, no extra customer profiles stored outside of Shopify. That's great. - ability to limit certain products (including in search!) to certain commercial customers - net-30 payment terms

The App has been a perfect solution for us, but the Customer Service team is extremely helpful, and work hard to get you back to business as quickly as they can!

It works exceptionally well, I have been using it for more than a year now and I've tested other apps, nothing works as well. We have reps that get discounts off of our products and I can create tags to discount specific products to them. Also, we wholesale some products and not others and this app allows us to discount just the brands we wholesale to our dealers while keeping full price on those we don't! Awesome and highly recommend.
