Route WhatsApp chats to multiple agents instantly. Add a custom storefront button for easy support.

WhatsRoute allows merchants to add a customizable WhatsApp chat button to their online store, enabling direct communication with customers. The app routes incoming chat requests to multiple support agents based on configured weight settings, helping distribute inquiries efficiently across your team. You can customize the button’s appearance to match your store’s theme, including colors, size, and pre-filled message templates. The dashboard provides analytics on total button clicks.
