I had to close my Shopify store and I got double charged for my WeShop AI plan. Got in touch with WeShop AI costumer service multiple times and they gave me "wrong" information about issuing refunds and asked me to contact Shopify to handle refunds but Shopify told me that only they can handle refunds. Also, I had 16.000 points that has value around 50USD. They say they can't move it to my new account or issue a refund. If you are not sure about the app, don't buy big amounts of points. You might spend your days or give up on getting your money back. I will get my money back with a help of Shopify or my bank.

It doesn't work if I want to use three different poses it generates a different background which looks unreal. Very often he invents various additional elements that only waste the credit

Do not install this app into your shopify store ! Once you install it there are no options to stop unsubscribe from recurring charges that you do not want. Customer service does not answer when you ask to unsubscribe. The models are very difficult to use
