I was having an issue with the app that I couldn't figure out. I requested help with the issue and the response (so quick in responding) I received was outstanding. Webtex was so helpful and understanding of my limited experience with such things. They were able to get in and fix my issue (I didn't have a button turned off...ugh). The team found it, easy peasy! I've only just started using Webtex, but it seems to work very well - straightforward to get working, does everything I expected, has lots of ways to customize... plus its free! Normally I would use a product for a bit longer before posting a review, but what makes me confident that it deserves 5 stars is the amazing customer service! I had a question about it, and the response was super quick and warm - they genuinely seemed to want to help as best as they could.

This app amazing with its free beautiful features and it would be more sweatibale if could go to 1k or 2k accepted reviews per month but overall it's awesome.

I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Webtex Product Reviews. I love that it's free, of course! There are some great features, all of which are customizable. My shopify theme does not support Shopify 2.0, so I couldn't get the stars and review widgets to work with a simple "click" in my product template. Vitali at Webtex went above and beyond to go into my liquid templates and manually code in the widgets. Thank you so very much!

Excellent review app, easy to set up and customize. It has many features you could only find on paid apps, such as fully customized customer emails, what items to include for reviews, and more. We had lots of questions during testing and implementation during the Christmas holidays, including asking for some changes to suit our brand, and the support team (kudos to Vitali!) was immediately available to help. Very happy with this app: Reviews are easy to manage and overall the app is well designed. It's free yet has all the features I need, without locking them behind a paywall, such as multi-language support, automatic review request e-mails and customer images. Support was quick to answer and very helpful. 5/5 keep doing what you're doing! :) PS: The dino is very cute.

Good customer service. Recommended. Easy to use

We have had a good experience so far! The only downside is the email quota; we have to contact support whenever we hit the limit. Regardless, we still gave it 5 stars, the app is great and has one of the best support, plus it is completely free!

The app is neutral, just installed it, so won’t complain much about it. But maybe later on the future I’ll come back to rewrite my statement, who knows.
