Use WEB-STAT everyday. It tells us so much about our customers journeys through the store. If I have ever had any issues, Olivier has gotten back to me so quickly (considering I am in Australia) and he and the team are always so willing to help.

The customer service here is PATHETIC, they can't really figure out anything.....the app doesn't load properly more than 50% of the time on the sign-in page of your Shopify store, you have to go to your admin screen in order to get it to load properly and even then it's still about 50% loading properly and 50% a blank screen....they don't really want to provide anything here of use unless you are paying for one of their plans and they are quick to block your screen to coerce you into buying one of their plans whenever you are seeking to do something that is listed as an option, ( which shouldn't even be showing on your screen by the way if it's not an option on the plan that you're currently on to begin with ) it's a complete loser from a customer service standpoint and the app is average at best even on the paid plans. It most certainly is not recommendable and really honestly not good enough for a Shopify platform store. Upon receipt of Web Stat's reply, I'll clarify that the issues were INDEED RELATED TO THE APP'S MALFUNCTIONS AND NOT THE BILLING ! The unqualified crew here could NOT FIGURE OUT on their own App where all the Robot visits were coming from, much less do ANYTHING TO BLOCK OR PREVENT THEM ! This response here is lip service and outright lies ! I had a angry tone, yes, after so many unresolved issues regarding recurring problems, so instead of solving anything, they started to ignore my service request tickets and TRY TO FORCE ME INTO AN UPGRADE ! I ONLY REINSTALLED ACTUALLY TO PROVIDE THIS REVIEW SO OTHERS CAN BE AWARE. For BETTER SERVICE AND RESULTS, TRY REPLAY PRO OR REALTIME STACK ! ( BOTH IN THE SHOPIFY APP STORE )

Web-Stat is one of the most useful apps I use. As a Google advertiser, Web-Stat is very helpful in keeping track of the effectiveness of my ad campaigns. I've been using Web-Stat for a number of years without any problems, and can't say enough about how valuable it is. And when I needed help because I recently switched my web site to Shopify, Olivier quickly and effectively resolved the minor issue that came up. If you ever need help with Web-Stat, you'll find their support outstanding!

This app is great to monitor the real time traffic. It was my main usage for an early stage Shopify store. GA4 has delay and Shopify analytics does not show all the data easily. Our Meta integration had issues which we confirmed by using WEB-STAT. Overall a great app for us.

Great App to track Customer visits, Customer conversions and bot activity. The app allows you to see real time analytics and gives detailed reports every month. What would be good is heatmap and customer journey in realtime.

This is very helpful in tracking customers, the pages they visit and the pages that are missing. I have been using web-stats for 10 years. I recently moved to Shopify and was very happy to see the app in the app store. I installed it, but two versions of it showed up, one measuring the activity on my new website (Shopify) and one with the 12 months of history showing from my previous website. I contact customer support and Oliver responded with a fix for allowing me to use the past connection and continue to accumulate data. I am very happy!

Being that I'm not a coder, Olivier stepped in and between he and his colleagues set up the feature so that it worked with my website. It is Awesome! Thanks so much to Olivier and the WEB-STAT crew! I had been looking for an app like this for a long time, several I tried just did not suit or were very complicated to analyse the results. This app is excellent! So glad I found it and I have had no hesitation in choosing the paid for version - at under 5 dollars you can't really complain at that! The customer service is truly exceptional; I received a reply within minutes after emailing them and Olivier was very helpful and efficient. If you're looking for an app to analyse your visitor traffic in real time and lots of other information, go for this one - I give it 5 stars!

Oliver has been very helpful in making sure the Web-Stat app functions the way I need it to function to give me the best reporting possible. He was able to adjust the app so that my customers are identified with their login information instead of just a visitor number! I am still in the trial of this app but the more I explore it, the more convinced I am that I will keep it!
