Marc was super helpful in helping us get set up with the app. Any time I have had an issue they are quick to help and get things fixed. It took me a little bit of time to get into a groove and seeing how everything worked and posted to QBO. But now, I am amazed at how much time this integration has saved me in my day to day data entry and processing.

Marc made a lot of promises his programmer has no intention of keeping... I got to meet with Genady and be subjected to his condescending explanation of how difficult it was to integrate Shopify the way Marc promised, so they had to come up with some workarounds. This integration leaves so many transactions in my undeposited funds - because it DOES NOT RECONCILE DEPOSITS PROPERLY, even though Marc told me they were able to do this. When I see all these 5-star reviews, I can only imagine that they were left by business owners who are not using professional bookkeepers, so they don't realize what a mess this integration is causing in their undeposited funds, with the possibility of overstating their sales. Making the mistake of believing the promises Marc made about his integration has cost me over 20 hours of unpaid work, with no end in sight. We are going to start testing new integrations and will update this review when we find one that will not leave a mess in your QBO file.

This app is exactly what we were needing. I cant believe we were manually matching all of our transactions between Shopify and Quickbooks for so long. I tried other services similar to this one but Quickbooks always dominated the sales tax rather than shopify and we were constantly having to adjust sales receipts / invoices. Marc and his team are amazing and very responsive to any questions that may arise.

The WeIntegrate team is awesome. All the questions I have they answer quickly and in detail. Most importantly were really patient and walked me through the set-up process step by step as I'm not that tech savvy. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the application altogether as its simple to use and maintain.

Marc and crew have been the best thing to happen to shopify and quickbooks online. Their customer service has made the program worth it. We had a few hiccups in the beginning however we worked through them and have figured out all of the kinks. It saves us hours of data entry. We used to use QB POS and QB Desktop and when intuit stopped supporting QB POS I was at a loss until I Found this addon. It syncs your sales from shopify into quickbooks online in almost real time. if you were a QB POS user this is a MUST. Big suggestion is to make sure your sku's or name's match on every item if they don't match it will create a new item for you and that can make things a little difficult but the sale is always recoreded. hopefully soon they will have the back and forth sync I've been waiting for so we can use both programs to their full potential.

It was very helpful getting the systems connected, and the accuracy is a weight off my shoulders. Good people to have in your corner!

We were left scrambling when the Quickbooks-Shopify native integration was no longer supported and are thankful we found Marc and the team at WeIntegrate. So far i love what this app can do, I do not have to think about it, the sales are in my QB within Min. The customer service is also great. I can't wait to see what else they have coming to make my life easier.
