The app works fine, but support is hit-or-miss. When it’s good (like when they helped me tweak my cart recovery message), it’s great. But sometimes, replies are delayed. Still, it’s better than other tools I’ve tried.

Great app, but took me a day to link my WhatsApp Business account (Meta’s rules, not the app’s fault). Once set up, it worked like magic! No complaints!

Emails weren’t working for me. tried this app after a friend recommended it. I tested it by abandoning my cart, and the reminder instantly popped up on my whatsapp! Glad I gave it a shot.
