Love this app! The WhatsApp chat widget looks professional on my store and customers are actually using it. The message templates are customizable which is great because I can make them sound like my brand. Interface is clean and easy to navigate.

The WhatsApp abandoned cart messages look professional but still personal enough that customers respond. I like that I can edit the message template in my own tone. I had one small issue during setup, but the team fixed it the same day.
