A vital communication as well as engagement tool for beginners and small stores. This is priced fairly and extremely easy to setup. Customer service is also fairly good, there's a live chat option in their dashboard and you can reach out to them anytime and they will help you resolve your issues. I have been using this app for around 2 years in 2 of my stores, this is just plug and play. They already provide you basic templates which you can copy and customise to your will.

I've been using Wati since 2021, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The quick integration with Shopify and my CRM has really helped boost our abandoned cart conversions. Creating templates and chatbots is super straightforward thanks to Wati’s user-friendly interface. I love how you can preview templates while working in the backend, making the chatbot creation process smooth and customizable. There are plenty of options to tailor the chat flow, which is a huge plus!

It has worked well for me so far. I got it mainly to target abandoned carts and have a chatbot. However, there are certain bugs in the google sheet API which sometimes reduces efficiency in sending mass communications.

As a beginner, I recommend this app for WhatsApp Marketing because it's easy to use and integrates seamlessly with your Shopify store. Terrible customer service from the company. So difficult to speak to a customer service person who can actually help. Have charged me for 2 months for order card and abandoned cart confirmation. But not sent messages and restricted by access to dashboard.
