Description

Recover lost sales from cancellations—without manual emails or spreadsheets.

Cancellations and refunds create empty spots—and lost revenue. Waitlist Flow automatically fills those gaps by notifying the next customer on your waitlist the moment availability opens up. When an order is cancelled or refunded, the app instantly sends the next customer a notification with a secure checkout link to claim the spot before anyone else. Customers can join waitlists through a simple form on your storefront, while merchants can easily manage entries, control capacity limits & more.
