Great app and exceptional customer service. We needed help getting the app to function and display properly on our new website theme. Their support team was friendly and fast every step of the way!

After I installed the Volumn Discounts app it was not displaying the correct discounts on the products page, called support and theye were able to advice me about a conflict between the offers.

Works exactly as it says it does. But the support has been excellent, to the point of coding specifically to fix an issue we had. Top recommendation.

The application works correctly until you want to remove certain products from an offer. You then find that the product names are truncated in the application and you can't identify them. Technical support responds after 10 minutes, but has no solution. Result: you have to go through 374 products, one by one, to identify those you want to eliminate from the offer... Incredibly, coded with feet!

volume boost lets me set up visually appealing bulk discounts and add extra useful info for the customer exactly where and how I want it. Very well thought out.

The great app for fulfilling the complex tier pricing by product variants as well as the customer by tags. And also it is the only app with import/export feature. The product support is amazing and solved my request within 15 minutes. Thank you team!

We had some volume discounts that we weren’t needing anymore and they had been created with the app, we just couldn’t remove them ourselves. Somehow they had ended up being hard coded into our theme. We tried multiple ways to remove them ourselves without success… in steps Hulk App developer Mayank and fixes it all for us!! Mayank went above and beyond with helping us remove those and even updated our theme to remove other code that had been added. Super great service and the expertise was excellent, thank you sooo much!

Pretty dreadful support on this app. I wanted a really easy offer - add 4 pots of glitter and pay £10. After spending ages adding all variants and trying all different combinations of offers on the app and not getting it to work correctly, I reached out to support for this app. The response... "try changing the offer type, or try different options'. Brilliant - you mean carry on doing what I spent the past hour doing with no luck. Why don't you just blindfold me and hope I press the right buttons. After a while your 'support' just stopped replying. Dreadful

A lot of issue with this app. During setup the team told us that the app worked perfectly with all the app we have on our store. We launched a promotion with the app and : 1. It doesn't work with Bundles.app / 2. it doesn't work with Weglot / 3. It doesn't work with multilingual websites. And when we asked for help they said that it's not on their side. Awful experience.
