But All I have to do is to chat 'Human' for me to connect to their human Customer Service. The human Customer Service did assist me well and my concern was immediately handled & solved. Great all in one app, Before I was told about vitals I was trying to use 10 different apps and it was annoying and expensive. Vitals has everything you need and more. Once I got this app there were things in it I didn't even know about that I needed.

I like being able to watch where my customer's go in my store. It makes it easier to improve and see what's working as opposed to what is not working.
